________________________________________________________________________________________ the undersigned, (herein referred to as the "Talent"), foregoing the payment of any sum of compensation, financial or otherwise, the waive of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant permission to Eric Muss-Barnes, his businesses and corporations including, but not limited to, Wynd Feather:Arts & Phantasm, Dubh Sith Ink, Dreamdancer Motion Pictures (herein collectively referred to as the "Photographer"), the irrevocable right to use the Talent's name (or any fictional name), record the Talent's voice, performances, poses, acts, plays and appearances, and use the Talent's picture, photograph, silhouette and other reproductions of the Talent's physical likeness and sound, picture, portrait, likeness, motion picture, video footage, film or image (herein referred to as the "Work") in all forms and in all media and in all manners by any method or device now known or hereafter devised in which the same may be used, and/or incorporated and/or exhibited and/or exploited, without any restriction as to changes or alterations (including but not limited to composite or distorted representations or derivative works made in any medium) for advertising, sale, trade, lease, lending, exhibition, use, reuse, broadcast, display, show, posting, uploading, transmission, publication, and the unlimited distribution, promotion, and exploitation for profit or non-profit, or any other purposes, to any party and the Talent waives any right to inspect or approve the Work or finished derivatives incorporating the Work, including any and all written text, copy or printed matter that may be created and/or appear in connection therewith, in perpetuity throughout the universe.

The Talent hereby releases and agree to hold harmless the Photographer, his assigns, licensees, successors in interest, legal representatives, assistants, observers, friends, family and heirs from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the acquisition of the Work, or in any processing tending toward and including the completion of the finished Work including any and all written text or copy that may be created and/or appear in connection therewith.

The Talent agrees that the Photographer owns the copyright therein and renewals and extensions thereof in the Work and the Talent hereby waive any claims (financial or otherwise) based on any usage of the Work derived therefrom, including but not limited to claims for either invasion of privacy or libel. The Talent agrees that all the Work materials, including but not limited to negatives, transparencies, proofs, videotape, film, computer files, any electronic, mechanical, or other materials including, but not limited to, all existing and yet to be invented information and image or audio duplicating, storage or retrieval systems, media and previews, shall be the exclusive property of the Photographer. The Photographer retains the exclusive right to reproduce, exhibit, distribute, and otherwise exploit in perpetuity throughout the universe (in whole or in part) such films, prints, negatives, transparencies, proofs, videotape, film, computer files, photographs and recordings in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, including without limitation in and in connection with the Work and the advertising and other exploitation thereof.

The Talent affirms that the Talent is either more than 18 years of age or, an emancipated minor or, possess legal parental or guardian consent, and the Talent is competent to sign this release on the Talent's own behalf.

The Talent agrees that this release shall be binding upon the Talent, the Talent's successors in interest, personal representatives, businesses or corporations, legal representatives, assistants, executors, observers, next of kin, spouse, friends, family, heirs and assigns. The Talent agrees that the Talent will not assert or maintain against the Photographer, the Photographer's successors, assigns and licensees, any claim, action, suit or demand of any kind or nature whatsoever, including but not limited to, those grounded upon invasion of privacy, rights of publicity or other civil rights, or for any other reason in connection with the Photographer's authorized use of the Talent's physical likeness and sound in the Work as herein provided. The Talent hereby releases the Photographer, the Photographer's successors, assigns and licensees, and each of them, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action(s), costs and expenses whatsoever, at law or in equity, known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, which the Talent ever had, now have, or may, shall or hereafter have by reason, matter, cause or thing arising out of the Photographer's use as herein provided.

The Talent affirms that neither the Talent, nor anyone acting for the Talent, gave or agreed to give anything of value to the Photographer, any of the Photographer's employees or any representative of any motion picture studio, television station, network or production entity for arranging the Talent's appearance in the Work.

This constitutes the entire Release between the Talent and the Photographer with no modifications unless in writing signed by both parties. A photocopy of this Release shall be as legally valid and binding as the original, construed under the laws of the State of Ohio. The rights herein granted shall inure to the benefit of all successors, assigns, heirs, executors, et cetera of each party hereto.

The Talent has read, understands and agrees to the above Release and is fully familiar with all of its contents, the meaning and effect thereof and, intending to be legally bound, the Talent has signed this Release.
